The Brexit aftershocks still persist in the GBP price variations and now after the referendum in Italy, this may affect the value of EURO as well. The liquidity position of EUR may decline today as the Italian Banks will remain closed in observance of "Immaculate Conception Day".
Many countries including Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Austria, Chile and Colombia celebrate this day and some other parts of Europe also remain closed on this occasion. So it is easily assumed that the Banks who facilitate the foreign exchange volumes, would cause the market to become less liquid and chances are, the market volatility may be much higher. The whole scenario can make the market highly unpredictable due to speculators influence over the market.
On the other hand, the interest rate is also being revised by the ECB, that could bring a significant impact on the liquidity and valuation of EUR from tomorrow onwards.
